We love dressing up as a themed family costume for Halloween, and we’re going to ride this train as long as our little guy will let us. So far, he loves Halloween as much as we do. He also loves heavy machinery and construction equipment.
For our third annual Halloween as a family, we were set to go as a set of vampires for six months. Then one morning, he woke up saying that he didn’t want to be a vampire. It was no surprise when he said he wanted to be a wrecking ball crane. So we delivered with an easy DIY toddler costume complete with a pumpkin pail wrecking ball.
DIY Wrecking Ball Crane Costume
A cardboard box, wooden dowels, and some cord is all you need to get started making this DIY Toddler Halloween Costume.
Adding Mom and Dad to the crew was easy by wearing hard hats, safety vests, hoodies, and blue jeans.
We all had so much fun with this year’s family costume. Seeing his face light up while he was wearing his costume is priceless.
Happy Halloween!
