Make this easy red wine sangria recipe and get ready to kick back this weekend.
Typically sangria recipes call for fresh fruit however sometimes theres a need/want to make a pitcher of sangria faster! This can easily be done with some pre-packaged frozen berries. I like to use an organic triple berry blend of raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. Frozen berries can sometimes be more bitter than fresh berries, adding a little honey to this easy red wine sangria will bring out a touch of sweetness.
The small amount of cinnamon adds a little spice and ginger gives it a freshness you can’t beat.
Adjust the amount of club soda to your liking. I like to start this easy sangria recipe with just one liter of club soda then add more club soda as it sits.
Serve over ice with fresh mint for garnish.
Time to drink up! Cheers to the weekend.
