It all started as a pregnancy craving…I needed a quick and healthy snack to munch on way back in the first trimester. These Cheese and Hummus Roll-Ups were born made with ingredients that were already in the fridge. Now I make them often for a healthy snack.
Optionally cut up into pinwheels for a healthy party appetizer. Customize your roll-ups to your liking!
- whole wheat tortilla
- raw sunflower seeds
- mozzarella string cheese
- Spread hummus onto tortilla, sprinkle on sunflower seeds, add a layer of spinach, tear a string cheese in half and place on top. Roll up.
