  • 6 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 Tablespoon onion, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • paprika for garnish


  1. Cut hard-boiled eggs in half, remove yolk and add to medium bowl. Add mayo, ground mustard, celery salt, onion, and parsley. Mix with a fork until smooth.
  2. Spoon mixture into egg halves.
