- 6 eggs, hard boiled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 Tablespoon onion, minced
- 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- paprika for garnish
- Cut hard-boiled eggs in half, remove yolk and add to medium bowl. Add mayo, ground mustard, celery salt, onion, and parsley. Mix with a fork until smooth.
- Spoon mixture into egg halves.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
